We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Restaurant Captain / Waiter to join our team and lead service operations while ensuring an exceptional guest experience.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Leader, Restaurant Captain, or similar supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of upselling techniques and guest engagement.
Experience in a beach area restaurant is preferred.
Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
Ability to supervise service staff and maintain service standards.
Russian-speaking candidates will be given top priority.
Preferred Nationalities: Russian, Indian, Filipino, or Arabic.

Responsibilities:

Lead and support the restaurant service team.
Ensure excellent guest satisfaction and service standards.
Promote and upsell food and beverage offerings.
Handle guest inquiries and concerns professionally.
Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
