About the Job
We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Restaurant Captain / Waiter to join our team and lead service operations while ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Leader, Restaurant Captain, or similar supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of upselling techniques and guest engagement.
- Experience in a beach area restaurant is preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to supervise service staff and maintain service standards.
- Russian-speaking candidates will be given top priority.
- Preferred Nationalities: Russian, Indian, Filipino, or Arabic.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the restaurant service team.
- Ensure excellent guest satisfaction and service standards.
- Promote and upsell food and beverage offerings.
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns professionally.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
