About the Job
We are seeking friendly and service-oriented Waiters/Waitresses to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, take orders accurately, and ensure a pleasant dining experience for all guests.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests in a professional manner.
- Take food and beverage orders and serve them promptly.
- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Follow company service standards and hygiene procedures.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Waiter/Waitress or in a similar role.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
