Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Leader, Restaurant Captain, or similar supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of upselling techniques and guest engagement
• Experience in a beach area restaurant is preferred
• Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills
• Ability to supervise service staff and maintain service standards
• Age: Maximum 40 years old (relevant experience will be prioritized)
• Preferred Nationalities: Indian, Filipino, or Arabic
  

Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the restaurant service team
• Ensure excellent guest satisfaction and service standards
• Promote and upsell food and beverage offerings
• Handle guest inquiries and concerns professionally
• Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth operations
