About the Job
We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Guest Experience Executive (Russian Speaker) to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional guest satisfaction by providing personalized service and assisting guests throughout their stay.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Address guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly.
- Build positive relationships to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and hospitality.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Guest Relations, Guest Experience, Front Office, or a similar hospitality role.
- Must be fluent in Russian and English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
