About the Job
We are seeking a skilled and reliable General Technician to join our team.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a General Technician in a hotel.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for hotel facilities and equipment.
- Carry out basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical repairs.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and technical issues.
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure equipment is operating efficiently.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition.
- Follow all safety procedures and hotel maintenance standards.
